New Bloom

I am excited because my new hibiscus plant just bloomed today.
Megan got me the plant for Mother's Day...and the accompanying sheet said it was a new color...so I was curious to see it.
I have a couple different types of red hibiscus plants already, and another kind of golden yellow/pink one...but nothing as yellow as this one.
I am happy to report the plant is alive and well....and I have been watching the bud as it changed each day. lots of excitement around here...as you can tell...haha
It was almost out this morning, when I first checked it
then I checked again and it was opening.
and finally....there it was.
It's so bright...I love it! Thanks again Megan!
